1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 99ad platform, accessible at 99ad.fun, and all services offered through it including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and bingo. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to particular games or promotions, which are published separately on the relevant pages of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general terms, the specific game rule will apply to that game only.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on 99ad. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information. Using false personal details, a name that is not your own or a payment method that does not belong to you is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99ad will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the 99ad support team immediately via live chat.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including 99ad support staff, who will never ask for it.
• Use a strong password that is not used on any other website or app.
• Enable two-factor verification in your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

99ad reserves the right to close or suspend any account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or violation of these terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Balances

All balances on 99ad are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets as deposit and withdrawal methods.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made by another person on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit in the platform.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The betting section of 99ad covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Tests and ODIs), football, esports and other sports. All bets are placed in PKR and settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the appropriate governing body.

General betting rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the platform and a bet ID has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled unless the bet is void under these terms.
• In-play betting odds change continuously. It is your responsibility to verify the odds before confirming any in-play bet.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that event type, which are available in the betting section.
• 99ad reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where a software or data error has allowed such a bet to be placed.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the betting terms on the relevant page.
• Bets that result from exploitation of a pricing error, data feed delay or technical fault may be voided at 99ad's discretion.

Bet disputes must be raised with the support team within 48 hours of settlement. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

6 Casino, Live Casino and Slots Rules

Casino games, live casino tables and slot titles on 99ad are governed by the individual game rules available within each game. These general terms apply in addition to game-specific rules.

• Software-based casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous rounds or by the size of bets placed.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of real dealers in studio environments. The outcome visible in the stream is the official result.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round where the round has already started, the result will be processed normally and the outcome applied to your account once connection is restored.
• Slot outcomes are determined by RNG and are independent of spin frequency, bet size or jackpot timing. There is no strategy that influences a slot outcome.
• 99ad reserves the right to void casino game winnings resulting from a technical error, software malfunction or display fault where the displayed result differs from the actual system result.

All PKR bets placed in casino, live casino and slots sections are subject to the same account rules, deposit conditions and responsible gaming obligations set out in these terms.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time 99ad may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per payment method. Claiming multiple bonuses by operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable to a bonus, must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• 99ad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel bonus funds at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of abuse or circumvention of bonus terms.
• Bonuses may have time limits after which they expire. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Free bets are credited in PKR and used as a stake. The free bet stake itself is not returned with winnings — only the net winnings are paid to your PKR wallet.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 99ad. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Placing bets in coordination with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage or matched betting using platform funds).
• Using the platform to launder money or process any transaction that is connected to illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account or using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits on behalf of another person.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other players via support channels or any communication tool on the platform.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or accounts belonging to other users without authorisation.

99ad uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, we may contact you for additional information before taking action.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

99ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, identity issues, age verification failure, prohibited conduct or a request from the account holder themselves.

If your account is suspended:

• You will be notified by the contact details associated with your account where this is practical.
• Any pending bets at the time of suspension will be settled normally and the result applied. Settled funds may be held pending investigation.
• If the suspension is found to be in error following a review, your account will be restored and any withheld funds released.
• If the suspension is confirmed, any funds legitimately owed to you after deducting bonuses and any amounts linked to prohibited conduct will be returned via the original deposit method.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Decisions made based on information displayed during a technical error or malfunction, which 99ad subsequently corrects.

99ad does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily take certain sections or the entire platform offline. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance where this is practical.

12 Privacy and Data
